Directed the end-to-end software program at a SaaS startup: roadmap ownership, cross-functional coordination (product/engineering/QA), CI/CD and release governance, and KPI-driven delivery at scale.

Worked in close collaboration with the Program Manager leading the ERP deployment, ensuring alignment between IT governance, business process optimisation, and infrastructure readiness.
